You forgot the "psycic >sp< chad ;^P Where they tried to determine voter intent when no Presidental nominee was punched. It was a joke on the voters intelligence. They claimed pregnant chads had been allowed in IL. (which was ANOTHER lie). There is a reason why the popular vote has the electoral college check and balance.
