or with this costume you could be "the head of the table" always wanted to get a large cardboard box and cut a hole in the bottom so that it fit right over my head.  Put a tablecloth on it and paint the corners of the box to look like table legs.  Put some ketchup all around the hole, and fasten a couple of small candles and safe distance away from the hole. Hopefully the effect would be a head sitting on a table.  I don't know if it's possible but it sounds great to me.
