Yea I read all that but they have several sats in orbit which work together communicating with each other at any time.
Surely there not all in one spot that makes no sense and they can move them to any location to watch key hot spots and I would think Iraq would've been a hot spot before, during and after this war.
If they didn't concentrate on this spot before invading well it would just be stupid so maybe you're right.
Even if there was a 4 hour window there's no way they loaded up a dozen or more semi's with out us  knowing unless we weren't  looking which seems to be the case.
And this is only a case for optical sats we have many that can detect movement alone or radioactivity or heat and I think a convoy of semis would've certainly been noticed one way or another. 
 
Why do you think their searching and investigating?
Because they don't know.
They might not be in Iraq at all but I think it was this asdministration duty to our soldiers to know this.
 
Why is this confusing anyone?
They have no problem telling the public they're not sure.
 
As a leader all he had to do was say "hey make sure we watch these explosives"!
He didn't.

You DO realize the quantum difference between bouncing a transmitted
signal and the limited range of optics? A great OPTICAL spy sat must
stay in a relative low orbit to be used effectively (reported between
400-800km). Hubble is a great example of the difference in an optical
sat vs communication sat. Hubble is the size of a school bus, while
communications sats might be a couple of ft in dia (not counting solar
panels).
To achieve a stationary orbit a sat MUST be in a Geosynchronous orbit.
It has to do with the speed the Earth rotates and matching that speed
in orbit where it won't be sucked back to Earth due to gravitational

From NASA.COM Geosynchronous orbit is approx 22,300 miles altitude,
where a spacecraft makes one orbit of Earth in 24 hours.
Sats used for other purposes rotate the Earth very quickly, the closer
to the Earth, the faster they must go to stay in orbit.

sometimes up to a 4hr period when there won't be a bird in the right
