Mack, my answer to your question would very on how long you have been with an SCI and what your doctors have said about your bladder spasms. What meds are you currently taking? Strong spams can be caused by several things, including infections. Baclofen is normally used. Loreseal is the generic brand of the product. Sometimes oral meds take too long or are best delivered to the injured area via a pump. This way, you are using less meds but applying it directly to the affected area. Your second question about the leg bag connector implies that you have either a Foley (internal) or Texas (external) catheter. The catheter is connected to the legbag with a clear tubing and held in place with tape or a stretch band. Which part are you referring to? W
