right answer... and you might accept it.  Or I could offer you the wrong 
answer and if it appears to satisfy you could further add to your problems 
sooooooooooooo.
I'm playing it safe and saying that without your charts... its a crap shoot 
at best... for anyone..... Including you.
I'm sure that you've talked with your doctor who is familiar with your files 
and case history.  What did they say or recommend?
Since your personal history may differ from others, offering you insights 
could be counterproductive.  I'm not going to tell you to stop eating or 
anything 
other that might be drastic.  We just don't have enough info.
