I discovered that with a slightly larger catheter there is very little danger of any kinking.

Hi Lori,I don't wear a binder anymore but never had trouble when I did. I have the person that gets me up in my chair check to make sure the catheter is not pinched in my clothing, lap strap, arm rest or any other place. I very seldom have any seeping unless it gets pulled on or in some kind of bind with clothing or something. If it is seeping or gets a little irritated is the only time I have any ointment put on it and the only time it is bandaged. I have it washed twice a day with a soapy wash cloth then rinsed with a clean cloth.Todd
Can you wear binders or support belts without somehow kinking off the tube?I need my binder and velcro strap for ab support.Unsure if I'll ever get one but seems like putting a hole in the stomach would ask for more problems. Seeping, daily treatment of bandaging? Plus I trust NO Drs these days.Lori
