When I go out in the public and for that matter even here at home.  I want myself to look the best that I can.  Walking around with messy hair was a pet peeve of mine so I cut my hair short so I don't have to worry about combing it.  I also make sure that my shirt is put on properly and not all twisted around along with the seam of my pants.  I always wear sweatpants just for the ease of getting them on and they hold my leg bags in place pretty well so everything is not hanging out.   I seen people in wheelchairs wheeling around town with their bed bag hanging underneath the wheelchair and that bothers me also.  I know exactly what you mean about people in wheelchairs looking like they are homeless.    Jim
