It's even in the teens here.  I have baseboards so its crazy expensive so I use a space heater mostly in my room.  It has a thermostat that I set on 65 while sleeping but hardly runs.  When I wake up, I turn it up while I am getting dressed.  I only run the heat in the living room while I am up but keep that really low.
