Title: Re: [QUAD-L] Cold
I agree Houston. It's a lot easier to get warm that it is to get cool.  Our summers aren't too hard here in Maryland but when it gets really hot, I feel so drained and sick.  The cold only makes me hurt but I can still function.  I could easily pass out from being really hot.

Jim I know its easy 2 layer up and peel them off. Its a biotch layin there under the air conditioner, with ice pax all over you waiting on your temp 2 go down. Lookin at the thermomitor thinking I was a degree or 2 away from a stroke wondering how you soked up enough heat 2 be 102 degrees. The hot days really do scare me. As someone stated the hot humid days are worse. Theyll drain you in no time flat, I try 2 stay indoors under the air until it cools off on those days. Ozone day warnings are Houston stay in the house warnings.

Houston,

I totally agree with you about handling the cold better than the heat.  My first summer I ended up in the emergency room because of overheating problems.  All they did was stick me underneath the air-conditioning vent.
