I guess he removed it because it came out of the bladder and he was more concerned about the peritonitis and complications from that. Going back into surgery to replace the SP would be too much for my body. I was pretty sick, as urine entered the peritoneal cavity and caused infection and lots of pain. I sure the hell hope to get the next surgery at no cost, but will NOT go back to that Dr. I suppose an atty will be able to advise me on how to proceed.
At this point I don't know if I'll get another SP.
