You will soon find out that anyone in your community can be selected or 
appointed to the transportation board in your area.  Generally, its not 
political.  
Other times it can be very political.  Forming your agenda is one thing, 
telling others is another thing.
Choose your wording carefully as you will be judging the actions of many, 
abled and disAbled.  You will have personal insight into the bowels of public 
and 
special transportation needs.
