Hi there,

I would be careful sitting with your legs crossed.  I was told that it could hinder your circulation.  I know that before I got sick, my legs would fall asleep if I sat in that position for too long of a time.  That was to let me know that circulation wasn't getting to my leg.  Now that paralysis is involved, it's really not a good idea.

Hi Smurf,

It sounds like it could be nerve pain.  Have you started sitting in a different way lately?  If it's a nerve in your lower back that has been pinched it could affect both legs.  Just a thought.

Hi CtrlAltDel,

I haven't sat in any different positions lately, I always sit crossed legged, have done since my accident as I find it helps me sit up on my own more easier.  I do get trouble with pinched nerves in my back so you may well have just solved that one!

Thank you!
