Second, contact any colleges or universities in your area or within your state.  You should be able to find one that will assist you in preparing your business plan free of charge.  Yes, free of charge.
 
The biggest obstacle in someone succeeding with a small business is the willingness of the individual to commit the time and effort to make the business a success.  If you are thinking that you can or will work the typical hours of a typical job, you can just about forget it.
