Having a good understanding employer is the key to our success.  I would love to be more involved in the actual construction of things at work that we have project managers and assistant managers for all that.  As I stated before, I can do drawings and even do drawings at home since I have AutoCAD but I cannot handle the blueprints.  The company that I work for is more commercial and industrial, which makes the blueprints quite large and most of time we have multiple prints because of the size of the jobs.    Jim
