That was from http://surveyspot.com but I usually only have to answer a couple questions to see if I qualify and I didn't qualify for this one it was about surgery and none I had done.

I have seen several of these surveys and have tried to complete them. After answering numerous questions it will tell me that I do
not qualify for that survey, or it will have technical difficulties.
I would love to link with several of these that would deposit XX amount of dollars into paypal or send checks to me, but the surveys usually do not work toward this advantage. Could you tell me where this survey was from ??
