Hi Lindsey, There is way too much info that we don't know about you.... to issue advise, safely. Have you consulted your/or a Physiatrist, regarding this pain and what did they say. Most doctors a taught to treat the symptoms, and if they are lucky... the cause. Determining the root cause takes time, but will aid in formulating a cure. Best Wishes W
