[QUAD-L] Pressure sore solutions?

Hi Everyone!   I can't figure out how to go through the archives, so hope you don't mind me asking about the age-old pressure sore question...Is there a good way to get rid of one?  3 weeks ago I sat on my Roho without air and needless to  say, my butt didn't like it.  Now I have an open sore, not under an ischule (sp?), but off to the side.  3 years ago I had a pressure sore and literally laid in  bed for 4-6 hours every afternoon for a year and finally opted for flap surgery.  Has anyone had any success getting rid of one?  And if so, can you tell me what you did? I'm usually in my chair 15 hours/day.   Thanks,   Sharon   P.S.  Spring is on its way!  Hurray!  I'll give you a yell, Stacy, when we head to O.C.!
