River, your 2 cents is worth a million bucks. Better than my suggestion. I tried to go to the newspaper's website but you have to be a subscriber or pay a fee to enter. This is not conducive to writing a letter to the editor. Hence, you suggestion makes alot more sense, than mine. Don't let this issue past. Thanks W
