My elevator cost me $9876.49, does not get inspected, nor is it
licensed.

Big difference between Porch Lifts and Elevators. Elevators must be
licensed
and inspected yearly by your local inspector.
Porch Lifts a usually open platforms that lift up to 96 inches. The
newer
platforms
have enough limit switches to drive most sane people crazy. So know
what you
are getting. A typical lift may cost 2500-4000 dollars depending on
what
they do, who operates them and where they are mounted. (and yes they are
mounted) W

Do any of one guys have a basic idea how much a porch lift or person
elevator would cost to go from main level to my basement.
