I have always bought my own gloves. I used to get them at distribution in the hospital but now get them by the case on ebay. Plus my pca's wash their hands.

Subject: [QUAD-L] In home care

Danger
I wanted to worn all people that have in home care to be aware of how clean you CNA's gloves are. I have been fighting a UTI for two months. I found out from one of my CNA's that the nurse who take care of the supplies. Do not wash her hands and just pulls out the gloves from box's and put them in a paper bags. I received a real bad inflation that is killing my white blood cells. Thank God I know my body and went to my inflation doctor. When he seen the report of my blood and uron test he went thought the roof. I had a pick line put in and have to go to the hosputal everyday to get my IV treatment. Now I have to buy my own gloves and tell my CNA to wash her hands and put on my gloves.
