I was just in St. Louis, Thursdays and Friday this week for the Post-Polio Conference at the Marriott in downtown St. Louis. Have you tried the CIL group in St. Louis, called Para-Quads for this referral info. I'm sure they have a better insight to those services. Best Wishes W
