I'm telling you that you can't say this stuff even jokingly.  As a quad I have been told about places I can't go and how I make "normal" people uncomfortable. No shit, it really hurts. I can't not be a quad and hispanic people can't not be hispanic. I can't believe that you folks wrote some of this. As a SCI person,  I know how it feels to be told I can't be part of many things. I understand that curb cuts take time. Restaurants with steps Just piss me off no end. Why should I expect any sympathy when we are still being prejudiced over something as stupid as color! I got to say it folks, most people don't want us around. I know that i have only 1 friend that comes to see me with any regularity. My aids say they like me but if they aren't getting paid, they won't come and just talk to me. We are the smallest most insignificant minority  there is. If we can't accept people with some open mindedness, why should we expect to be accepted. How on Earth do you justify these statements.
