[QUAD-L] Question about power w/c parts

OK, I'm now officially in my "new" power chair, it's 5 years old already. I had the locking system placed in it so I can drive safely. BUT the arm rests are to long, the foot plates are to big, the back is to big and the canes are to high. The company is out of business where I bought the chair. [not really but they were such a holes that I REFUSE to deal with them]   I went to invacare.com to look for the parts I'm going to need - OMG the foot PLATE is over $100   Question: Has anybody here ever gotten parts on Ebay for your chair? Or ever bought a power chair on Ebay?   Where would you guys "steer" me to modify my 2001 "new" chair? I'm going to try Medicaid, but I dought it.     Help ~ Bobbie
