Yeah me too, I'm usually back to being my old self in my dreams and I've had dreams where I've woke up and my body starts coming to life and I can't explain the overwelming feeling of relief I get but then I wake up again and I can't explain the crushing blow of reality that sets in.

my dreams keep me seated, but 95% of the time I am healthy and strong. When
I awake from a vivid one in the middle of the night, the letdown is pretty
