does this mattress alleviate the need to be turned? I have a pretty
old a lateral rotational mattress which affords me the opportunity to live by
myself without having to be turned. I know it is inevitably going to break
down one day, so I need to look into new mattresses.

out the Genesis Mattress, I had one for a short while, after I came home
from the hospital. It was very comfortable & gently turned you if you set it
to turn.
I had
one for a couple of weeks when I came home from the hospital & rehab.
I have a Luminex Air Flo Mattress which is pretty comfortable. Good
