Tilt- in the Tilt-n-space system Quickie uses, your body tilts in the 
sitting position but doesn't recline (which means the back going down).
Recline adaptions can really increase size and weight a lot, the tilt 
in space is only 2" taller, no wider, and doesn't add a lot of weight.
Typicaly if you don't need recline, don't get it, your chair will 
likely spend less time in the repair shop. Recliners have more wires, 
motors, and moving parts.
