Hello guys, I'm 29, a C5 quad for almost 9 years. My wife and I have been married for 5 of those years and we're ready for the rugrats. I'm able to get and sustain an erection, but was only able to ejaculate once (at least we thought I did, because I got the urge to pea, then my body locked up, then started to spasm). I know IVF is an option, but who wants to put out that much money. Have any of you been or know of some who have been successful with electroejaculation and IUI(intrauterine insemination)? Or any of the other options for retrieving sperm and getting pregnant?
