Hi Rob,   I moved out on my own from rehab about 4 years ago.  I was 28 when I did it, but the first thing I did was try to locate accessible housing, I contacted HUD so I could get assistance, and I also contacted those here that control the WAIVER program.  That covers attendant care to get help with dressing, bathing, errands, cleaning, etc. If you have any questions or want some advice I'd be glad to help you out.
