Hi QP,
Which Model do you use? I use an amputee sling and am looking for the a way to get away from using a sling if possible. Thanks.

I don't use a sling, I use the sure hands arms that lift you up with no sling involved.Mark-------Original Message-------Hi Tammie Lou,I just wanted to ask if anyone has come up with any good tricks on getting their sling out after they're up in their chair, or do you all sit on it until transferring back to bed? I'd always done a standing pivot transfer until lately and am wondering about the sling since I've started using a lift. Thanks to you...and everyone else that might know. Stay strong. With Love,

I tried this system and the Sure Hands system at the Abilities Expo and in my opinion this one is the best. They are also very fast when fixing the system when it goes down. I hope this helps. I have a system in my bedroom and it takes me into my bathroom and I can send you pictures of my setup if you would like.Take care and play nice Tammie Lou
