If your a Para , your not a C at all .........C= Cervical  up high  Big bone in back of neck is C-7  Above that is higher worse injuries. T= Is THORASIC   then very low Down is L= LUMBAR    T AND L OR USUALLY PARA"S .                                                                                   Dan
