My heart is so broken watching this devistation on TV. I don't think it's anybodys fault that every hurting person hasn't been reached yet with water, foods, etc. All that damn water in NO has got so many hands tied that it's tough to get relief in there. I'm sure the relief/emergency workers are doing there damnest to get to the hurting. My hat's off to all the civilians with flat bottom boats going in there and helping out to rescue people. It's wonderful to see the good in people at times like this.
