I have a two quart bottle and a long (about 5') straw that I use while in bed. The bottle can be purchased at Walmart or most grocery stores and has a plastic cap which I had my PCA put a hole in the middle of the cap just a tad smaller then the diameter of the straw to keep it snug. The straw is just clear vinyl tubing I got at home depot that's a 1/4" in diameter. The bottle is places in my wheelchair which is right next to my bed. My PCA pulls my Roho out a bit and places the bottle between the Roho and the back rest. The straw comes across my chest and curves/hooks around my neck a bit and during the night I just push it up to my mouth to drink. I also have a little clamp on the tube to clamp it on the pillow so the straw doesn't slip away during the night. The clamp is one of those little clamps on name tags that healthcare workers wear alot. The clamp unsnaps from those tags. It snaps perfectly on my straw.  It's a very simple and cheap set-up.
