I normally watch TV a couple of hours before I go to sleep. If I'm
really tired I can fall asleep right away but if I'm not tired I will lay their
and my mind will start to wonder and start thinking of things that I should not
be thinking of. I consider myself having a full night's sleep if I sleep
for five continuous hours, which vary rarely happens. I think our lack of
sleep or troubles falling asleep might be because we do not expand a lot of
energy during the day like able-bodied people do. That's the only thing I
can come up with because most of the time and very comfortable in bed, well, as
comfortable as a quadriplegic can be I guess.
