[QUAD-L] optometrist visits

I remember the optometrist's chair being awkward to transfer to the last time I went for a visit.  How do you all handle the eye doctor?  Is there a chain that generally has easy to transfer to seats?  Do some of them not require that you transfer to a seat?  It's been a while for me.
