I know we can get free long-distance by a doctor signing a paper to the
phone company. This might be helpful although I have not read yet.
We're not always at our home phone. And I think there is in the
verification you have to provide through Medicaid card. Can't exactly
remember what I had to provide. Maybe I'm getting confused with the
lifeline feature of a lower phone rate. I know I have to do every year for
that feature. I think the physician signing is for free 411 on your home
phone.
