That's pretty much how I feel.  It only just hit me this last visit with my Mom.  She is only 54 and doing extremely poorly in the getting around dept.  Nothing I can do to help.  It sucks

My father died two years ago and now my mother lives alone. She is 73. As
her only son, I feel that taking care of her, the house, yard, etc. is my
