Isn't this an interesting test case? I remember the pic of you up there protesting. It's FINALY official, I just got changed from being the ONLY person in my County who was listed as being on Medicade AND on a Medicade Waiver. All those yrs of fighting Spend Down needlessly, and I think it took demanding a Freedom of Information act into "who" set spend down levels in my State and voicing my willingness to take them to court over discrimination to do it. I'll wait a couple of months and file it anyway. Damn red tape eats up too much money that could be spent on providing services. I was amazed to find out how much money of my "alloted amount" went towards "administrative services". Damn, I can do THAT myself, and also save the State money by hiring my own aids instead of going through agencies. Stunt
