I went to Dunkin Dounuts with my Mom today and parked in a handicapped space BUT the can next to me, also in a handicapped space, blocked the ramp for me to get onto the sidewalk. My Mom found the owner of the car under a hair dryer, OK, so her hairdresser backed the car so I could get up the ramp THEN moved it back to the EXACT spot and block me again. I had to explain to the hairdresser to "just leave the car backed up enough for me to go up and down the ramp" Duhh
