[QUAD-L] Planet mobility

Has anybody purchased anything from planet mobility?  I just bought a very expensive pressure relief  mattress.  I received a used, smelled like cigarettes, with a repair order in the box saying baffles 3 and 4 were repaired.  Also included were a very scuffed up, dirty bottom pad.  All this for a mere $3,250!!! This was a 1st for that happening. We just put in a fresh one and all seems ok........ne! ver could reach my urologist. Has this ever happened to any of you ?
