I love reading storys like this, lol.  You may have several recourses.  First, I would author a letter that was well written to the president of the company, explaining the fact that they used your name, without permission, for PROFIT, and used another persons picture.
If you are not happy with the results, contact one of the many local/ neighborhood law clinics and ask for their free advise.
 
The rest is up to you.  Opportunity doesn't always present itself but when it does... make the most of it.
