Those of you who are using this Comfort Direct mattress, does it work with a standard hospital bed as far as raising and lowering the head of the bed?  Were you able to get insurance or Medicare/Medicaid to pay for it?  Would you recommend the mattress if they had not improperly used your testimonial?   Steve
