I'm not overly supportive of a simple Latchlock that mounts to the floor
and grabs a manual wheelchair in the center of the middle crossbar to secure the
wheelchair. I'm not even sure if its been crash-tested. Who is
making the latchlock?
Securement to me are the 4-point straps in each corner of the chair using
ratchets or center locks.... and seatbelt securement, across the chest for
the safest ride.
