I have tried ROHO cushions several times over the last 26 years since my injury.  I really decided I needed a cushion on my Permobile a little over a year ago.

Once again I tried a ROHO cushion.  I know there are several different versions of them now but I have never been able to balance on them.  So when I was trying out cushions ... the vendor brought a few that he thought would work for me.  One was called a VARILITE and that is the one I chose.  It is a fantastic cushion!

Their web site is www.varilite.com

I just hate mine when transferring out of the shower.  I sink in the middle of the transfer and it's hard when you don't have the pants to help you slide.  Other than that I like it.  I liked my J2 better and I hope I eventually get back to one after I heal from the flap I finally decided to get.

I love my roho too, but eventually you will probably get a hole or leak.. I had one in my old roho and one in my 4 year old one also. Roho sells them with a repair patch kit.. easy to fix......my chair rehab place charges $150 bucks  for the same quick easy fix.Tell me that insurance and medicare/medicaid don't get ripped off for big money

I  love my Roho.  I'm c-5/6 and do all of my own transfers and have no problems.  As far as popping; I have a service dog who digs her paws into it several times a day and not a scratch.
