Hi friends, ive been a Quad for bout 30 years [ wow, where does the time go ]. i have had leg spazams on and off before nothing to bad , always deepends on any infections or if the bowel is too full. But lately they have been more severe in the legs. My questions is,,,,,what meds does anyone take for spasims, and are there any side effects. thanks Johnny
