Sometimes,rarely actually,i will discharge a massive output of urine through my penis,even though my supra pubic catheter is working fine. Maybe it's welling up due to being bed-bound for so long?

Exactly.  The bowel is spasming when you're having a movement.  The bowel and bladder will cause the same reaction during a spasm.

My understanding is that the bladder spasms is the cause of the sweats and goosebumps.  The Ditropan will help stop the bladder spasms.
