[QUAD-L] Colonics

Has anyone ever heard of colonics? Has anyone ever had it done? Isn't it basically the same thing as a colon irrigation? I'm thinking of having it done by someone certified to use the machine but not a doctor or nurse to "clean me out". What do y'all think?   Wick C6
