Houston-can any other quads get this equipment access for $30 a month ? I been in st. louis area all my life and after physical therapy in the hospital they told me I was out of luck. I tried to get access to the hospitals gym therapy equipment during times others were not using them but they said no for liability reasons even tho i offered to sign papers saying i would hold them liable for nothing--not even any accident.
