Houston I wish I was in St.  Louis I really would like the aquatics exercise it sounds like something I'd  enjoy because when I'm in my shower chair under warm water it makes a lot of my pain subside and exercising in water! What could be better! Like I keep saying they’ve taken me off my neurotin & effexor maybe that’s part of the eurphoria I’m feeling about exercise & equipment. But it may be psychological but I’m feeling better mentally and physically without the pills & added exercise. Dan I also got an application from ShowMeAquatics Rons on their website. Can’t wait 2 try some of the swimming out either.
