I have very intense sexual and physical dreams. I use them both to move from a REM dreaming into Lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is very fascinating to me. I am able to control my lucid dreams for over 20 minutes now. This is a good site to read about Lucid Dreaming. http://www.lucidity.com/
