Usually They send a nurse to give the IV antibiotics. In Cincinnati, public trans for handicapped is not reliable enough to get people to most places at a pre schedualed time. It is such a joke that it is rarely even considered. But public trans gets a massive amount of money each year from the feds for operating anything.
